I start by giving clients a questionnaire to get to know you, your current struggles, and where you want to go. Together, we'll create mindset shifts and daily practices to help you get into alignment, squash limiting beliefs, and become the person you're meant to be!

One-on-one coaching sessions designed to help you discover your strengths and gifts, and unleash your full potential. $150 per session, with sessions recommended every 2 weeks.
